Membership:

To join the HEPNA Association, follow these steps:

  • Read the Association's Articles of Association
  • Read the Association's Code of Ethics
  • Acknowledgement of the Association's Internal Regulations
  • Filling in an identification form
  • Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
  • Payment of membership fees in accordance with payment terms (see paragraph below).

 

Membership is valid for 1 year. A request for membership fees will be sent on the anniversary date to the contacts given on the website.

The membership fee is €100 / year.

Terms of payment :

  • By cheque: send cheque payable to Association HEPNA to "Association HEPNA, lieu-dit À LARRAT, 32120-MONFORT, FRANCE".
  • By CB on the HEPNA Association website
  • By bank transfer to this IBAN: FR76 3000 3021 1100 0372 7089 591 - BIC: SOGEFRPP

Withdrawal period :

In accordance with consumer law, a 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of dispatch of the registration form. During this period, it is possible to cancel the membership at no cost by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Cancellation of Membership :

The HEPNA Association reserves the right to cancel a member's membership, without refund of the membership fee for the current year, in the following cases:

  • Failure to pay within 30 days of registering on the site
  • Non-compliance with the Ethics Charter
  • Non-compliance with internal regulations

Personal data protection :

The personal information collected as part of the membership process is mandatory, as it is required to register the membership and issue the membership receipt.

This information is strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

The information collected is processed by the HEPNA Association and is intended to inform the Member about the life of the Association.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, Members have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, the Member should send a request to :
